Red kites in Yorkshire An illustrated talk by Doug Simpson MBE of the fascinating story of the re-introduction of this beautiful bird. At the lounge of St Mary Magdalene Church Centre at the side of the church, at the junction of Harboro Road and Moss Lane, Ashton-on-Mersey, Sale. Ample car parking. Admission charge £2 for members. £3 visitors.

From Gravel to Grebes An Illustrated talk by Sophie Leadsom, Manager of Lancashire Wildlife Trust’s Brockholes Nature Reserve.
